Carnon Wollas Touring Park Terms and Conditions
All Hardstanding pitches include fresh water tap, 16amp electric hook up point (maximum load is 4kw) and grey waste outlet drain.
There are no facilities on our site to charge electric vehicles. The hook up points are not to be used in anyway for the charging of electric vehicles.
Direct feed water pipes connecting to caravans or motorhomes are not recommended due to the fluctuation in water pressure at peak times.
Eco-friendly cassette toilet disposal point . All toilet chemicals must be formaldehyde free and states on the bottle that it is SEPTIC TANK FRIENDLY
We sell septic tank friendly fluid on site.
No electric heating of any kind to be used in awnings.
No junction boxes or cables splitters to be used from the hook up point.
No hose pipes to be used for the washing of motorhomes, caravans, cars or any other vehicles.
No ball games, No kite flying, drones or No LED lighting poles/flag poles
No tents/fifth wheelers
We do not accept hire Caravans/Third party caravans on site.
No New arrivals on a Sunday
No ground sheets of any kind to be put on the grass.
Park speed limit 5 mph
BBQs are allowed throughout the site and must be raised off the ground. Blocks are available by the recycling area if required.
No fire pits allowed on site unless they are gas.
All motorhomes and caravans which have hydraulic levelling systems with feet smaller that six inches must place timber supports under the levelling jacks. Timber can be supplied on request
Carnon Wollas Touring Park shall not be responsible for any accident happening, injury suffered on the site, or damage to or loss of any possessions or property sustained on it.
We are an Adult only 18+ site. No one under the age of 18 can stay or visit the site.
A maximum of 2 day visitors allow on site.(per pitch) Please inform us of any visitors.
All Motorhomes, caravans and vehicles parked, stored and moved on and around the site are parked, stored and moved entirely at the owner’s risk, and the company accept no liability for loss or damage to the property, or injury to the owner and his party.
No vehicles/trailers to be parked on the grass.
Please keep all awnings / washing lines and belongings within the confines of the pitch area.
The campsite is monitored by our CCTV system.
To ensure that everybody enjoys their holiday we ask that our guests and others in their party keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 10.30pm and 8.00am.
The right is reserved to refuse acceptance or terminate the visit of any person(s) whose conduct is detrimental to Carnon Wollas Touring Park
No Sign written/ Commercial work Vehicles will be allowed on site. Except for recovery breakdown assistance.
We are happy for you to bring your well behaved dogs. Anymore than 2 dogs per unit will be at our discretion, please check with us prior to booking. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in all areas of the park. All dog mess must be picked up and disposed of in the proper bins located on the site & dog exercise field. Please do not allow your dog to cause a nuisance, you may be asked to leave the park without a refund if there is cause for complaint.
Where a specific pitch has been requested, we will endeavour to allocate that pitch for you, however we do reserve the right to change allocation if necessary, before your arrival.
Prices are per pitch for a caravan or motorhome per night & includes up to 2 Adults

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details in this website, including any promotional emails, are correct at the time of being published, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or results thereof. We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.
Carnon Wollas Touring Park is an Adult Only site (18+). The person making the booking is responsible for making sure the terms and conditions of the touring park are adhered to. Please check all personal details at the time of booking. We cannot take responsibility for booking or personal detail errors. All address and contact information must be correct at the time of booking for a successful payment to be processed. All information is for booking purposes only. In the event of an unsuccessful payment we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
All communications are sent via an automatic email server and rely on a valid email address being supplied. We cannot take responsibility for loss of communication e.g confirmation emails etc…if contact information is incorrect. We will make every effort to supply you with the relevant booking confirmations and receipts.
Payment:
All payments need to be made in pounds sterling.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking. If you are unable to do bank transfer please send a cheque to

The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
If your booking is made 4 weeks or less before your arrival date then the full amount is payable.
In the event of an unsuccessful payment we reserve the right to cancel your holiday.
Carnon Wollas Touring Park makes every endeavour to guarantee that your personal and financial information remains 100% confidential and secure.
No refunds will be given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, or if you leave early.
There is a good TV signal and 4G coverage from the site but No WiFi
